  1. How do I purchase goods?

  2. What is the cost of home delivery?

    Please contact us via phone or email for a quote.

  3. Can I pay via direct deposit?

    Yes, but payment via EFTPOS, debit card or credit card is preferred, please phone or email us for instructions on direct deposit.

  4. When will the product/products I want to purchase be available for pickup or delivery?

    Contact us so we can check and confirm availability.

  5. For goods not in stock that I have to order in, do I need to pay in full at the time of ordering or may I leave a deposit and pay in full on pickup or delivery?

    Yes, you can either pay in full at the time of order or pay a deposit of at least 25%, which is required on ordered goods. The balance can be finalised on pickup or prior to home delivery.

  6. What are the store's layby terms?

    The layby terms are for a period of up to 3 months, with a deposit of at least 10% on goods in stock and 25% on ordered goods. Regular payments are required at least fortnightly.

  7. Does the store offer interest-free finance?

    Yes, for 6 or 12-month terms, with a mandatory deposit required by the finance provider of 25% (Certegy EziPay Pty Ltd). Please contact the store for more information. Interest-free terms are not available during sale periods on goods that are heavily discounted.
