For goods not in stock that I have to order in, do I need to pay in full at the time of ordering or may I leave a deposit and pay in full on pickup or delivery?
Yes, you can either pay in full at the time of order or pay a deposit of at least 25%, which is required on ordered goods. The balance can be finalised on pickup or prior to home delivery.

What are the store's layby terms?
The layby terms are for a period of up to 3 months, with a deposit of at least 10% on goods in stock and 25% on ordered goods. Regular payments are required at least fortnightly.

Does the store offer interest-free finance?
Yes, for 6 or 12-month terms, with a mandatory deposit required by the finance provider of 25% (Certegy EziPay Pty Ltd). Please contact the store for more information. Interest-free terms are not available during sale periods on goods that are heavily discounted.
